Management

Joe Jarrells joined our team as the new General Manager for Superior Cleaning and Restoration. Upon getting out of the Marines in 1991 Joe got into the carpet cleaning industry while working for Gerlach Carpet Cleaning. In 1995 Joe started his own company called ASAP Carpet Cleaning and Dyeing, which he grew to produce $1.3 Million annually. In 2003 Joe sold ASAP and in the spring of 2009 began working for COIT Carpet Cleaning in Houston, TX as the Restoration Manager. After some time with COIT, Joe began working for Teasdale Fenton as their General Manager, and stream-lined the systems to grow the company from 16 carpet cleaning teams to 6 emergency water and fire teams, with gross sales topping out at $9.5 million dollars.

Joe is IICRC certified as a Master Water Tech & Master Fire and Smoke Tech. Joe’s vast knowledge and experience has made him an incredible asset to Superior and our clients.

Operations Manager

Aymee Dunn joined Superior in 2014 as our Operations Manager. Aymee started her mitigation experience with ServiceMaster of Tacoma in 2006 working in the Fire department. In 2009 Aymee started working for Servpro of Renton in the water department and quickly moved up into management. Aymee has extensive field work in a variety of mitigation situations, including bio hazard, fire clean and large water mitigation. Aymee is an AHERA building inspector and certified with the IICRC in Water, Fire, Mold and Odor. Aymee is a key component to the fluidity of our team, her experience and organization allows our Project Managers, Technicians and office personnel to run efficiently and cohesively during any loss situation.

Project Managers

Melodie McNab, a native to Washington, has extensive project management experience in the restoration industry. Among many certifications, Melodie holds her Water Restoration Technician and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician certification from the IICRC and her AHERA Certified Building Inspector certification. Melodie specializes in water mitigation and mold remediation, and finds it very rewarding in getting those back to normal after a disaster. With over 15 years in the industry, Melodie brings a wealth of knowledge and hands on training that makes her an asset to our Superior team.

Jerry Kaczka has worked in the water & fire damage remediation industry since 1978. Jerry’s experience has enabled him to hold many positions including Fire & Water Damage Lead Restoration Technician and Fire & Water Damage Project Manager.  Jerry maintains a Master Fire & Smoke Restorer and a Master Restoration & Journeyman Fire/Smoke/Water Technician certifications among other certifications with the IICRC since 1985. Jerry works with Property & Facility Managers, Insurance Agents, Adjusters and Claims Managers, to provide emergency service restoration to their tenants, building owners and insureds. His immense knowledge and technical experience of the industry makes Jerry an outstanding presenter and resource for information.

Shaka Anderson joined our Superior team in 2015. Her career started in the mitigation field in 2006, then later transitioned to insurance repair work. As a Project Manager, Shaka will use her skills and experience to ensure project completion and satisfaction is 100%. Her vast experience with insurance companies gives her the ability to know and understand losses from a different perspective, which makes her an incredible asset to our team.
