SUPERIOR Accoutered Fireline's Ultrasonic Cleaning System
01/13/2014

When your home or workplace is affected by disaster, we know how tiring the clean-up process can be.  Beyond understanding, S Superior Cleaning & Restoration is here to help.  Since 1938, Superior Cleaning & Restoration has been cleaning and restoring Seattle's homes and commercial buildings. In 2003, we expanded our services to include drapery, upholstery, air duct, and carpet cleaning as well.  With a wide array of speciality equipment already under our belts, we recently upgraded our Seattle clean room with a state of the art Fireline Ultrasonic Cleaning System, designed to make the content cleaning process more thorough and efficient for our customers.

The Fireline Ultrasonic Cleaning System, designed by Ultrasonics International, is an original content restoration assembly line production that is a proven, high production workhorse.  This system has set new standards for the restoration industry for quality and efficiency cleaning of your contents that have been dirtied or damaged by fire, soot, smoke, water, sewage, odor, biohazards, and mold.  This accelerated process restores your valuables to their pre-disaster state and is made possible by a combination of specifically-adjusted frequency, power, chemicals and water temperature.

With the Fireline Ultrasonic Cleaning System, we have the expedited ability to clean items including but not limited to: metal, tools, toys, delicates, kitchen appliances, crystal ware, ornaments, lamp shades, and jewelry.  How?  Custom baskets and accessories divide your items and hold them safely in place throughout the cleaning process.  First, the contents enter our APW4800 cyclonic pre-washer for initial cleaning and rinsing.  Next, the APC4800 Ultrasonic cleaner uses state of the industry ultrasonics to complete a safe cleansing process called cavitation.  Cavitation is a method by which high frequency sound waves rouse water-generating bubbles.   The bubbles enlarge, imploding millions of microscopic jets of liquid that remove contaminants embedded on hard surfaces.  These contaminants include dust, dirt, grease, oil, blood, sewage, mold, fingerprints, rust, and more.

After being removed from the Ultrasonic cleaner, your items are transferred to the rinse detail station and then through the TD8000 tunnel dryer.  Once dry, your contents are rolled gently down a conveyor belt to be hand-wrapped and boxed by RedStar certified technicians.  As RedStar members, we understand the operations of the Fireline Ultrasonic Cleaning System in a safe and practical manner.  We understand the needs and requirements of our customers, consistently striving to meet and exceed your expectations.  All of our technicians have undergone RedStar course modules of written examinations and skills testing demonstrations, ensuring quality consistence, a faster turnaround time, high customer satisfaction ratings, and job transparency.
